Peel and cut the carrots along. Cut the mushrooms into plates. Then take a bowl or small saucepan, mix carrots, mushrooms, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, dill and rosemary in it.

Take salmon, rinse under a stream of cold water, cleanse skin and bones. After that, cut it into 3 equal parts. Pepper and salt to your taste.

Now take the asparagus. It needs to be cleaned and the stalk removed.

Prepare parchment paper, or foil. To make it more convenient, put it immediately on a baking sheet.

Divide the vegetables in half. The first half of the vegetable mixture must be spread out on all paper or foil. After which, spread the salmon on them, put the asparagus and lay out the remaining vegetables. Wrap the foil, or cover the paper and put in the oven for 20 minutes. Bake at a temperature of 200 degrees.

Before serving, you can simply cut the foil or paper.
