Prepare the filling. Boil the mushrooms and then fry them in a pan. Finely chop the boiled chicken breast. Stir the mushrooms with chicken and add a little ground walnut, pre-roasted, mix well.

Add to the finished mass of butter, mayonnaise, a little garlic (optional) and mix everything until smooth. Having laid out the filling in the form of a rectangle, place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

To prepare the cheese crust, take a plastic bag and hard cheese. After putting the cheese in a plastic bag, lower it in a pan with hot water for 2-6 minutes.

Roll the melted cheese quickly into the formation right in the bag. Cut the bag and spread the finished snack on the cheese crust. Raising the edge, lay it a little overlap, turn the appetizer over and let the cheese harden.
