Appetizer on the holiday table "Jellied eggs" is perfect for any celebration due to its exquisite taste and attractive appearance. As ingredients for aspic, you can choose products such as fresh and boiled vegetables, canned peas, corn, ham, chicken fillet, mushrooms, crab, boiled eggs, herbs, etc.

You will need

  • - egg shells - 10 pcs.;

  • - broth from chicken or beef - 0.4 l;

  • - gelatin - 20 g (1 sachet);

  • - sweet bell pepper - 1 pc.;

  • - canned corn - 250 g;

  • - ham or chicken meat - 250 g;

  • - eggs - 3 pcs.;

  • - parsley leaves - 1 bunch.

Wash fresh eggs thoroughly, preferably with soap, rinse and dry. Carefully from a blunt side, make a small hole in each about 1-2 cm in diameter. Pour the contents of the eggs into a container with a lid. Use part for this recipe, and the rest when cooking other dishes. Dry the shell thoroughly from the inside. It will serve you as a form for aspic.

Take gelatin and soak it for 10 minutes in a small amount of warm water. Then heat over low heat until completely dissolved, but do not bring to a boil. After that, mix it with the broth and strain.

Wash the Bulgarian pepper, clear of seeds, cut into beautiful small cubes. Also chop the ham. Cook three hard-boiled eggs in a hard-boiled water bath, chop finely. Open a can of corn and drain all the water. Arrange the ingredients in different containers without mixing.

In each shell, drop a few (2-3) parsley leaves, then lay out all the ingredients in layers: pepper, eggs, ham, corn. Pour in the broth and refrigerate until completely frozen. When the jellied “eggs” have completely hardened, carefully peel the shell off them.

Serve this dish on the festive table on a large flat dish decorated with lettuce, other herbs, beautifully chopped fresh vegetables.
