After this, you need to add the carrots, simmer again 10 minutes. After that, onions, garlic and peppercorns (3-4 pcs) are added. For lovers of savory foods, you can add 1-2 pods of hot pepper, cut into rings.

Boil the whole mixture for another 10 minutes, add vinegar, mix and arrange in jars. After that, you need to roll up the salad with metal covers.

To sterilize the jars, turn them over onto the lids and wrap them with a thick blanket or blanket for 24 hours. If everything is done correctly, Ankle Bens from zucchini is stored for 1-2 years without any problems. There are many other simple pieces of zucchini, but my family prefers this recipe.
