Cooking the sauce. We clean the onion and cut into large cubes. Blanch the tomatoes, remove the peel and cut into 4 parts. We clean the avocado, cut it in half, take out the stone and also cut into large pieces. We clean the garlic. Put everything in a blender, add olive oil, chili pepper, oregano, salt and turn into mashed potatoes.

Wash beans under running water and mix with cooked sauce. Pellets for tacos are placed on a baking sheet and sent for 5 minutes in the oven at 180 ° C so that they become crispy. Wash the parsley, dry and chop coarsely. Grate the cheese. Fill each cake with the prepared bean filling, sprinkle with grated cheese and parsley on top.
