  • - sugar - 100 g;

  • - lemons - 50 g;

  • - two chicken eggs;

  • - blackberry - 2 glasses;

  • - strawberries - 1 cup;

  • - vanilla sugar - 1 tbsp. a spoon;

  • - a pinch of salt.

Grind shortbread cookies into crumbs. Melt butter, mix with cookies. Put the crumbs in a detachable form, greased with butter, Tamp down more tightly with a spoon, put in the refrigerator.

Remove the zest from half of the lemons, squeeze the juice from half of the lemon, scroll the cottage cheese in a blender until smooth.
