Better to start cooking with custard. Mix all dry ingredients i.e. flour, sugar, starch, and combine them with a little milk. Bring the remaining milk to a boil and pour into the flour mixture. Bring to a boil in a water bath, constantly stirring the resulting cream. Remove from heat, season with vanilla and set to cool.

For the test you need to beat eggs with citric acid, vanilla and sugar, and sugar is added gradually in three equal parts. Pour spinach juice into the egg mixture and mix gently. Mix flour with baking powder and add to the resulting green mass. Mix very carefully.

Line two baking sheets with baking paper. Bake for about 15 minutes in an oven heated to medium temperature, its temperature should be 180 degrees. Apply half the cream to the baked cakes. Then cut each cake into longitudinal strips, based on the fact that the width of the strip is the height of the finished cake.

The strips need to be wrapped with a roll, adding all new strips to make one big roll. Put in the form and put in the refrigerator for at least five hours.

Then remove the finished cake from the mold and trim its top with a sharp knife. The remaining cream is divided into four parts. Leave most of it white, and paint the remaining three in different colors. Cover the top and sides of the cake with white cream, and draw a branch of lilac with colored ones. Sprinkle the sides of the cake with coconut.
