    • fat sour cream - 800 g;
    • granulated sugar - 6 tbsp;
    • canned pineapple;
    • walnuts - 0.5 cups.
    • For glaze:
    • butter 0.3 kg;
    • granulated sugar - 5 tbsp.;
    • sour cream 4 tbsp

Cook the dough. Take a deep container and break two eggs into it, add granulated sugar and grind. Then pour in the condensed milk and sour cream, add cocoa powder, flour and baking powder for the dough. Stir the resulting mixture until smooth. The consistency of the dough should turn out like thick sour cream.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Lubricate the baking sheet with butter and pour the dough on it. The baking sheet should not be very high, flat. Bake the cake until cooked. To check, you need to pierce the cake with a match - the end should remain dry. If everything is in order, remove the cake from the oven and cool.

Make a cream or soak. To do this, simply mix sour cream with sugar and whisk with a whisk.

After your cake has cooled, break it into small pieces (5x5 or 6x6 squares).

Dipping each slice in the cream, put it on a large dish with a slide. Sprinkle a layer of slices of crust with chopped walnuts and pineapple, previously also cut into pieces. When all the ingredients are laid out in a beautiful slide, put the dish with the Poncho cake in the refrigerator.

While the cake is cooling, prepare the icing. To do this, mix sour cream with sugar in a small bowl. Put on fire and hold until it boils. Next, add the butter and, stirring, cook for about 3 minutes. Then cool the icing.

Remove the chilled cake from the refrigerator and pour the icing. Then put it back in the refrigerator.

In a water bath, melt a bar of chocolate and pour the cake on top of the white chilled icing.

After everything has cooled, the Poncho cake can be served.

note

For impregnation, take better sour cream with a fat content of 30%. If you use 20 percent sour cream, slices of cake absorb it for a long time, while the excess will spread.

Useful advice

You can make chocolate icing and pour the cake with it. The recipe for its preparation is the same as for white glaze, only with the addition of cocoa powder and dividing the remaining ingredients into two.
