- - water - 1.5 liters;
- - potatoes - 3 pieces;
- - one carrot;
- - one onion;
- - canned sea kale - 1 can;
- - green canned peas - 1 can;
- - one boiled egg;
- - vegetable oil, herbs, salt, pepper - to taste.

Put diced potatoes in boiling water.

Separately, fry chopped carrots with onions in vegetable oil. Add to potatoes, cook until half-cooked potatoes.

Add seaweed to the soup (drain the liquid from the can first!). Add green peas (also without liquid) and a grated boiled egg.

Cook the seaweed soup for another five minutes. Pepper, salt to taste, sprinkle with chopped herbs, serve. Have a nice meal!
Useful advice
When buying seaweed, pay attention to the jars with the inscription "Far Eastern Salad" - this is seaweed.
