You will need

  • -1 loaf (baguette);

  • –125 g of ham;

  • –35 g of carbonate;

  • –60 g of feta cheese from goat or cow's milk;

  • -2 pcs. bell pepper;

  • –20 g of Gouda cheese;

  • –2 tomatoes;

  • -dill.

Instruction manual

1

First you need to make cups of bread, which you will fill with filling. To do this, take a baguette and cut across at least 6-8 cm wide. Remove the flesh with a knife. Be careful, as the walls of the "cups" must maintain a dense texture and shape.

2

Now get down to stuffing. Cut the sausage and carbonate into strips. Next, add the crumbled feta cheese, chopped tomato and pepper. Cut all the ingredients into small pieces. So the snack will be more tender. Remember to remove the core from the tomato. Otherwise, tomato juice can soften the bread. The filling should not be salted. Stir in the end.

3

Place the "glasses" on a greased baking sheet and begin to fill the empty space inside. Pry off the filling with a small spoon and put it in the "glass". Make sure that the baguette does not tip over and stands firmly on the ground.

4

When all the “cups” are full, take the egg and beat with grated Gouda cheese. Add chopped dill. Pour the baguette over the mixture and place in the oven. After 10-20 minutes you will feel a pleasant smell, which indicates that the dish is ready. Put the “cups” on a flat plate and serve with cherry tomatoes around.

note

When choosing a baguette, pay attention to the crust and smell. The best option is to use bread baked on the same day.

Useful advice

Fans of spicy foods can add garlic or a little red pepper. Replace the dill with basil or oregano and you get an appetizer with notes of Italian cuisine.
