You will need

  • - beef heart 400 g

  • - carrots 2 pcs.

  • - egg 3-4 pcs.

  • - pickled cucumbers 300 g

  • - onions - 2 large pieces.

  • - mayonnaise

  • - vegetable oil 1 tbsp. a spoon

Rinse and boil the heart. Boil carrots separately. Cool both products, grate or cut into very small cubes. Peel the onion, cut into thin half rings and fry until golden in vegetable oil. Hard-boiled eggs, peel and separate the protein from the yolks.

Place 1/2 grated or chopped meat on the bottom of the salad bowl, grease with mayonnaise. On top of the meat with mayonnaise put 2/3 of the fried onions. Top - put boiled egg white grated on a coarse grater (leave half for later). Lightly grease with mayonnaise.

Grate pickled cucumbers on a coarse grater, squeeze slightly, drain the liquid. Put half of the cucumbers on top of the protein, grease with mayonnaise. Peel and grate boiled carrots, put on top of previous layers. Pour the remaining boiled protein on top, lightly grease with mayonnaise.

Spread the remaining meat, distribute, grease with mayonnaise. Pour the remaining fried onions on top. Above the onion are the remaining pickled cucumbers. Lubricate with mayonnaise and pour out mashed or grated egg yolk. You can decorate the salad with parsley.

Put the finished dish in a cold place for 2-3 hours, so that the salad is well saturated with mayonnaise. Now it can be served.

note

The beef heart is boiled for 1.5-2 hours, first on high heat until it boils, then on low. During cooking, a fat should be collected with a slotted spoon.

Useful advice

In such a salad, beef heart can be replaced with pork, instead of it you can also use chicken hearts, beef or pork tongue.
