Ingredients:

- water, 2 l;

- sugar, 200 g;

- lemon, 3 pcs;

- raisins, 250 g.

Cut the peel from lemons, being careful not to touch the flesh. Put 2 of them in a large refractory pan, add sugar and pour everything with boiling water. Stir thoroughly until all sugar has dissolved. Then cover and cool.

Squeeze the juice of another lemon into a bowl and add the grated raisins. Then pour the mixture into a large jug and hold the nectar in it for 3-4 days, stirring occasionally.

Pour the mixture into bottles, cork and refrigerate. Once the Welsh nectar has cooled, it can be served to guests. You can store it in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks.

Cuba Libre

Ingredients:

- light rum, 45 ml;

- cola, 120 ml;

- lime, 1/3 pcs;

- ice.

Fill a tall glass with ice by two-thirds, pour light rum and cola. Then add 30 ml of lime juice. Garnish a glass with a slice of lime.

Shirley Temple

Ingredients:

- ginger ale, 470 ml;

- orange juice, 240 ml;

- grenadine, 70 ml;

- ice.

Cool the glass and then fill it with ice by two-thirds. Fill the ice with orange juice, then ginger ale and add grenadine. Garnish a glass with a cherry and a slice of lemon.

Ingredients:

- Cointreau (orange liquor), 30 ml;
