You will need

  • - hard cheese - 250 g;

  • - flour - 350 g;

  • - sour cream 15% - 500 g;

  • - butter - 50 g;

  • - breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp. l.;

  • - eggs - 7 pcs.;

  • - lemon - 1 pc.;

  • - cranberries - 100 g;

  • - sugar - 50 g;

  • - salt - 0.5 tsp.

Separate the yolks from the proteins. Beat the yolks with a mixer, salt, gradually add flour and sour cream.

Whisk the whites in a steaming foam, add a couple of drops of lemon juice. Grate cheese on a coarse grater, combine with protein. Shuffle. Combine the yolks, whipped with flour and sour cream, into a protein mixture. Shuffle.

Cooking the sauce. Pour cranberries with sugar and leave for 10 minutes. Then chop the berries with a blender. The sauce is ready.

Lay out the pudding form with parchment, well coat with oil. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put the cheese mixture, cover the form with foil and bake in the oven for 1 hour at a temperature of 180 degrees. Cool the pudding a bit and then carefully remove it from the mold. Pour the prepared pudding with melted butter, garnish with mint leaves. Serve with cranberry sauce. The dish is ready! Bon Appetit!

Useful advice

Pudding can be prepared in a slow cooker. To do this, put the form in a steam basket and prepare the pudding for 1 hour in the "Steam cooking" mode. Pudding can be served hot and cold.
