Cake "Potato" is familiar to many since childhood. We offer you a recipe for familiar cakes in a new version. It looks like the usual "Potato", but the taste is strikingly different. Lovers of marmalade and nuts will like it.

You will need

  • - 400 g biscuit cookies;

  • - 250 ml of milk;

  • - 100 g butter;

  • - 100 g of peeled almonds;

  • - 20 ml of cognac;

  • - 15 g marmalade lobules;

  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of cocoa powder, powdered sugar, sugar;

  • - vanilla.

Place biscuit cookies in a blender bowl, chop into crumbs. Grind until crumbs and peeled almonds. Mix both crumbs, set aside.

Pour milk into a saucepan, add vanilla, cocoa powder, sugar, butter and cognac, mix. Put on low heat, let it boil, constantly stirring this mixture. Sugar will disperse, so the mass will resemble icing. Cook it for 2 minutes, remove from the stove.

Add the resulting chocolate mass to the liver, mix. Knead the dough, you may not need all the liquid - look at the eye. If it turned out not very sweet, then you can add a little more sugar to the dough.

Roll the balls from the resulting mass, you get about 15 pieces. Put a marmalade slice in each ball, close, put it on a board covered in advance with cling film.

Sprinkle powdered chocolate with powdered sugar, put in the refrigerator until completely frozen. The butter will set and the cakes will be more dense.

Chocolate potato with almonds and marmalade is ready, serve on the table for tea. This is a very tasty treat that is familiar in appearance, but with a completely different taste - enjoy.
