Season the salad with hot sauce.

Piquant salad with olives, olives, ham

You will need: 300 g of ham, 2-3 pcs of potatoes, 3 chicken eggs, 1/2 can of canned corn, 1/2 can of canned peas, 75 g of olives, 75 g of olives, mayonnaise - to taste.

You will need: 5 chicken eggs, 2-3 potatoes, 500 g chicken fillet, 250 g pickled mushrooms, 250 g hard cheese, 150 g round chips, 200 g seedless olives, 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise

Preparation: boil the chicken in boiling salted water for 30 minutes, then cool. Divide the meat into fibers and chop finely. Distribute the fillet on a flat plate. Leave the edges of the salad bowl for decoration with chip petals. To make the salad juicy, evenly coat the fillet with thick mayonnaise.

Remove the pickled champignons from the jar and cut into slices or cubes. Make the next layer of mushrooms. Soak it with mayonnaise. Boil and clean the eggs. Then gently separate the whites from the yolks. Grind the proteins on a coarse grater and distribute them on mushrooms - this will be the next layer. Cheese also grate and spread on top of the proteins. Soak the layer with mayonnaise.

The last layer of salad will be the yolks. Grind them on a fine grater. Spread evenly over the entire surface of the salad. Next, cut the olives in half. Spread them on the surface of the salad. Lay the chips around the edges.
