Take the chicken fillet, thaw it well, rinse in cold running water. Remove all veins and excess fat, if necessary. Let it dry a little. Cut into small pieces. Pour cold water into the pan and add a little salt, as soon as the water boils, put the chicken fillet in it. Cook for twenty minutes, then remove, drain and cool. Cut cold fillet or disassemble into small fibers.

Wash the carrots well, cut the leaves and the tip with the root and boil in salted water, cool. Grate cold carrots on a coarse grater. Cook hard-boiled chicken eggs, drain the water and cool. Peel the cold eggs and rub them into a separate cup on a coarse grater.

Put hard cheese for twenty minutes in the freezer. Grate cold cheese on a fine grater. Wash the apples, wipe and with a sharp knife, peel the peel, grate the pulp on a coarse grater. Walnuts shove in a mortar. Wash the bananas, peel and cut into circles.

In a small cup, mix sour cream and mayonnaise, mix with a fork. Take a wide plate and lay it in layers: chicken breast, carrots, banana, eggs, apple, cheese, repeat the layers. Between layers grease with mayonnaise and sour cream. Sprinkle with walnuts and cheese on top, decorate.
