It is necessary to boil bulgur in salted water for 15 minutes and cool. Peel the tomatoes from the seeds and cut them together with cucumbers into small cubes. Mix bulgur with vegetables, add spices to taste and set aside for a short time.

Chop the onion and marinate for 7 minutes in vinegar. Cut the fish into cubes, combine with onions, dill and set aside.

Cut avocado into thin strips and pour lightly with lemon juice. It is necessary to prepare a salad mold, grease it with oil and put on a plate.
