  • - boiled and frozen shrimps (take unpeeled) - 400 grams;

  • - garlic - 2 cloves;

  • - Kiwi of medium size - 2 pcs.;

  • - a small tomato - 1 pc.;

  • - canned corn - 100 g;

  • - hard cheese - 100 g;

  • - vegetable oil - 1 tsp;

  • - mayonnaise - 100 g.

Cooking appetizers start with shrimp processing. If you purchased a frozen product, first defrost it. Transfer the marine life in a colander, rinse with water. Allow excess liquid to drain, and if necessary, slightly squeeze the shrimp by hand.

Now you need to fry the shrimp. Place a frying pan with high sides on the gas. When it warms up, pour vegetable oil. Peel the garlic, cut it into two and place in the pan. When the garlic has a golden hue, catch it from the oil. By the way, you will no longer need garlic, it was needed only for flavor.

Shrimp in garlic oil. They do not need to be cleaned, otherwise after frying they will become "rubber". It is recommended to fry the sea inhabitants for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, so that they are browned and saturated with the smell of garlic from all sides. When the prawns are fried, put them on a plate and let cool.

While the seafood is cooling, you can do the rest of the ingredients. Wash the kiwi, peel and cut into cubes. To make the appetizer look more attractive, try to choose tough kiwi fruits. They will not "creep" in the salad and will not give excessive juice. Place chopped fruit in a salad bowl.

Drain the liquid from the corn and put in the kiwi. Grate the cheese, it is better to choose the smallest. Now peel the cooled shrimp. To do this, first tear off the head of seafood, and then carefully pull the tail to remove the shell. No need to cut shrimp. Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl and season with mayonnaise. If you follow the figure, then you can experiment with dressing. Fatty mayonnaise can be replaced with liquid sour cream or natural yogurt. But with vegetable oil, the appetizer is not so tasty. Although you can try, you will suddenly like it. That's it, the Duet shrimp salad is ready.
