By the way, it is better to take beef, bought in a store or on the market, rinse under running water, remove all inedible parts and veins. Put the meat in a pan with water, the liquid should completely cover the beef. In the same pan add one whole onion (it is needed for flavor) and bay leaf, salt to taste. Now put the pan on the fire and boil the meat. The approximate cooking time is about an hour. But it all depends on the age of the beef and on whether it was frozen. When the meat is cooked, cool it and cut into small cubes.
