You will need
- - chicken breast (fillet) - 1 pc.,
- - dill -1/2 beam
- - cilantro - 1/2 beam,
- - iceberg salad - 1/2 head of cabbage,
- - olive oil - 5 tbsp. l.,
- - wine vinegar -1 tbsp. l.,
- - salt - to taste,
- - pepper - to taste,
- - zest 1/2 lemon.

Boil the chicken fillet, cut into cubes, tear the iceberg salad, chop the greens finely.

Now make the Vinaigrette sauce. To do this, combine the salt and pepper with vinegar and stir until the salt has dissolved.

Then combine with olive oil and lemon zest, previously grated. Season the salad with the resulting sauce immediately before serving.
Useful advice
The name Vinaigrette comes from the French word for vinegar. In Russian cuisine, the name of the sauce passed into the name of vegetable salad (its main ingredients are boiled beets, carrots and potatoes, as well as pickles, canned green peas and onions), seasoned with vegetable oil and vinegar.
