You will need
- - crabs (2 pcs.);
- - champignons (200 g);
- - chicken fillet (400 g);
- - eggs (2 pcs);
- - corn flour (100 g);
- - black pepper (1/3 teaspoon);
- - wheat flour (300 g);
- - dry yeast (1 teaspoon);
- - sugar (1 tbsp.spoon);
- - vegetable oil (50 g).

Knead the dough: mix wheat flour, yeast, sugar and salt until smooth. Adding a little water, knead the dough. Add vegetable oil and thoroughly crush.

Put the dough in a deep pan and cover with a towel. Let the dough rise twice.

While the dough rises, we prepare the filling for the roll: finely chop the chicken fillet, crab meat and mushrooms. We pass everything through a large meat grinder.

Add corn flour, black pepper, salt and beaten eggs to the filling. Mix well.

Roll out the dough into thin layers (like for pizza). Divide the layer into four parts and lay out the filling on each piece.

We turn the dough into rolls and bake in the oven until cooked.

Rolls are served on the table in the form of neatly chopped ringlets decorated with greens.
