Thoroughly rinse a piece of fresh veal, cut into medium-sized slices. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, fry pieces of meat in it until golden brown.

Rinse the apricots thoroughly, dry them on paper towels, remove the seeds, cut the flesh into thin pieces.

Add prepared apricots to the meat. Peel the onion, cut into half rings. Also send in the pan. Pepper to taste, hold together over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Rinse long-grain rice, put in a frying pan. Pour water into it so that it covers all products. You can take any broth - vegetable or meat at your discretion. Salt, cover, reduce heat to low and simmer the dish for 30-40 minutes to make the rice soft.

Rice with meat and apricots must be served hot, this is a full, hearty lunch or dinner. In the process of cooking, you can season the rice with meat with any favorite spices - they will not spoil the dish, the main thing is simply not to go too far with them.
