A grill-gas pan is an excellent assistant to any housewife. Fish cooked in foil in this pan not only preserves all the nutrients, but also has a wonderful delicate taste. And, like everyone in this pan, it is very easy to cook.

Fish in foil is a very tasty and healthy dish. It is suitable for serving on the festive table and for family dinner.
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- Fish fillet (you can take any sea, both white and red, both dry and oily will do) - 500-600 g
- Carrot - 1 pc. large or 2 small
- Onions - 2 medium onions
- Tomato - 2 pcs. medium or 1 bell pepper
- Sour cream 4 tbsp. spoons
- Salt, spices
- Mayonnaise - optional
Cooking
Cut the fish fillet into pieces, salt, add spices and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes. Mayonnaise can be added if desired. In this case, the dish will become more high-calorie and less healthy.
We clean carrots, three on a coarse grater. Cut onion, tomato (pepper) into small pieces. Optionally, you can fry onions and carrots in vegetable oil, but always separately.
We put onion on a sheet of foil, put fish on top, then carrots with tomatoes or pepper. Top with sour cream. Wrap everything in foil. We put the pieces in foil into the grill-gas pan and cover with a lid. Cooking time 30 minutes over medium heat.
Remove the fish, open the foil. Serve with rice, bulgur, potatoes.
