While the pork is pickled, we begin to cook the filling. In champignons, it is necessary to separate the hat from the legs. To clear a hat and a leg of a skin and from dark layers inside a mushroom. Rinse the mushrooms well from dirt. Cut the mushrooms into small cubes.

If we will make pork meatloaf in foil, then put our pickled piece on it. While the fried mushrooms and cheese are still hot, we begin to spread them in an even layer on the meat. And then we begin to spin the pork into a roll. Tightly seal the resulting roll in foil.

We heat the oven to 200 ° C and put our roll there. Keep the meat there for about 1 hour, and then open the foil on top so that a crispy crust appears. After 10-20 minutes, turn off the oven and take out the meatloaf. The dish can be eaten both hot and cold. Thanks to mushrooms and cheese, the meat will be soft and juicy. Mushrooms will also give the dish a unique taste.
