The unusual, silky taste of this milkshake with hints of vanilla aroma of rum and nutmeg is probably one of the most delicious drinks. Moreover, the recipe for its preparation is not at all complicated. Having done it once, you will want to do it again to surprise your guests again. First you just need to try.

- 240 ml. milk;
- 80 gr. Sahara;
- 1 vanilla pod;
- 2 yolks;
- 60 grams of cream (35%)
- 15 ml rum;
- Nutmeg

In a stewpan, you need to mix milk, sugar, vanilla pod and its seeds. Put on medium heat and wait for sugar to dissolve.
Shake two yolks in a large bowl. While stirring, pour the warmed milk into a bowl.

Put the milk-egg mixture on the fire and warm for about 15 minutes, stirring constantly. The mixture must not be allowed to boil.

Take out the vanilla pod. Add rum and cream to the mixture, mix well.
Allow the cocktail to cool, then put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour, all night.
Serve cold with a pinch of nutmeg.
Useful advice
Instead of vanilla pod, you can use vanilla or almond essence (pour in with rum and cream). If there is no essence, you can do with a pinch of vanillin.
