Pick your recipe

Morning. Immediately after sleep, drink a glass of cool boiled water with the addition of 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed orange or lemon juice.

Breakfast. Prepare breakfast in the evening: pour a glass of buckwheat or oatmeal into a glass dish and pour two glasses of boiling water. Cover the dishes and leave overnight. Such steamed porridge will be your breakfast.

Dinner. Make a salad of raw vegetables (beets, pumpkin, cabbage, carrots) and boiled mushrooms without salt. Boil yourself a small piece of chicken or fish.

An afternoon snack. Grate the apple and carrots on a coarse grater; if desired, add 1 teaspoon of liquid honey.

Dinner. Boil or bake any vegetables other than potatoes without oil. Make yourself ginger tea (for this, grate the ginger root and add to black or green tea before brewing).

During the day you can drink only cool boiled water without gas.
