Instruction manual

1

First you need to prepare the dough. To do this, slightly warm the milk. Dilute dry yeast in milk, add sugar and flour to the mixture. (1 tablespoon). Stir the ingredients and leave in a warm place for about 30 minutes. After that add butter, egg, the rest of the flour and salt to the dough. Knead the dough thoroughly and cover it with a napkin (you can use cling film), leave to rise. When the dough rises, you need to knead it again.

2

To prepare the filling, soak the mushrooms in water and leave for two hours. Over time, you need to drain the water, rinse and finely chop the mushrooms. Boil the eggs and grate them. Chop the onion. Boil the rice. Mix the mushrooms with rice and eggs. Add pepper and salt. From the resulting mass, form sausages about 6 cm long.

3

Roll out balls with a diameter of about 5-6 cm from the dough. Leave the balls to infuse for 10 minutes. Roll pellets 4 mm thick from balls. Put the filling on the cakes and pinch the edges, leaving a small hole in the center. Put pies on a baking sheet covered with parchment and let stand for about 10-15 minutes, then grease them with an egg. Bake pies for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven. The baking temperature is 200 degrees.

4

Cut salmon into strips, roll into a rose and place in the center of each finished pie.
