  • - 12 thin strips of bacon or bacon;

  • - 12 branches of thyme;

  • - salt, pepper to taste.

Rinse the potatoes, boil until tender in slightly salt water. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Cut each potato in half, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Just do not overdo it with salt, since the fat is very salty.
