- 30 g shredded

- 200 g pumpkin puree;

Sift flour with baking powder and soda. Add spices, chopped dried apples, ground nuts. Add honey and proteins (they can be whipped if desired).

Make mashed potatoes from pumpkin: bake 200 grams of pumpkin in the oven, in the microwave or steamed directly with the skin. After that, the skin will be very easy to remove. Using a blender, gourd the pumpkin in a puree and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
