Rub thoroughly to a foamy mass, gradually pouring 3 tablespoons of water. Beat the whites, and gradually adding the rest of the sugar, we bring to persistent peaks. Then put the proteins on the yolk mass.

We cover the baking dish with baking paper and grease with oil. Pour the dough in a thin layer and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees to a golden yellow blush, checking the readiness with a small hole.

For icing, mix powdered sugar with cocoa powder and sift the mixture through a sieve. We bring the water to a hot state, melt the oil. Pour the mixture of cocoa with sugar into the water, stirring and breaking the lumps. When the liquid becomes homogeneous, pour the melted butter into it.

We take out the finished biscuit from the oven and immediately cover it with chocolate icing. Then cut it into small pieces - strips, triangles or squares. Each piece is decorated with grated chocolate, nuts or coconut.
