In order to cook lean cabbage rolls “Lose Weight Together”, the first thing you need to prepare cabbage. Take a head of cabbage, wash it thoroughly, remove bad and sluggish leaves, existing dirt. Pour water into a large pot and boil. As soon as bubbles appear on the surface, salt the water and dip the cabbage there for 15–20 minutes. As time passes, remove the cabbage, put it in a colander and let the liquid drain. Then, very carefully, so as not to burn your hands, disassemble the head of cabbage on separate leaves.

Boil buckwheat, cool it. Add vegetable oil and seasonings to your cereal to your taste. Then put the buckwheat porridge on the cabbage leaf, form the cabbage roll and dress it with a thread. Now roll the cabbage roll in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides in a pan in vegetable oil. If for some reason you do not eat fried foods, then you can not use breadcrumbs. Just stew the dish in a deep bowl with added water, about 10-15 minutes.

Cabbage rolls are ready. Now make the sauce. To do this, soak the mushrooms for 3-4 hours, and then boil in salted water. Peel the onion, finely chop and fry in vegetable oil along with flour. Add the broth from the mushrooms into the pan, the mushrooms themselves, pre-chopped, and seasonings to taste. Boil this mixture and you can turn off the gas. Everything, the dish is ready. Before serving, cut the threads from the stuffed cabbage, pour them with mushroom sauce and you can eat.
