Heat the milk a little - it should be warm, but not hot. Sift flour, salt. Dilute dry yeast in milk. Put the remaining sugar and half the sifted flour. Stir the dough with a mixer. Cover the dough with a towel and put in a warm place for 2 hours.

If the dough has risen, you need to add the butter and the remaining flour. Stir the dough until it becomes smooth, it should move away from the walls of the form in which you knead the dough. Again, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 2 hours. The dough should rise again.

While the dough is coming, we begin to make the filling. The filling can be varied. Knead the dough, form a thick sausage. We cut the dough into small balls of about 2 centimeters. Spread the resulting balls in flour.

Roll the balls into a cake. Put the pre-prepared filling on the tortilla. We pinch the edges and give the cake a crescent shape. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put a baking tray with pies. Grease the egg in advance and bake for 30 minutes.

During baking, the oven must not be opened so that the dough does not settle during baking. It will be necessary to reduce the fire when the dough is browned.
