Divide the resulting dough into two parts. In the first part, pour 2 tbsp. sifted flour and set the dough aside. Add sifted cocoa to the second batter.

The consistency should be homogeneous without lumps, similar to sour cream.

Turn on the oven 200 degrees, and while it is warming up, you can begin to lay out the dough in the form.

Prepare a baking dish. Lubricate its sides and bottom with oil. Add 2 tablespoons of each type of dough to the center of the mold. You need to be careful here.
