Maybe pizza, according to many wealthy couples, is not a festive and romantic dish that could be enjoyed in private, but for nimble and easy-going students (or just active couples) - that's it!

You will need

  • - Potato - 1 kg (after peeling - 700 g);

  • - Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.;

  • - Garlic - 2 large cloves (or 4 small);

  • - Flour - 30 g;

  • - Pepper sweet varieties - 1 pc;

  • - Black pepper, salt;

  • - Sour cream - 45-50 g;

  • - Mustard simple - 5 g;

  • - Hard cheese - 500 g;

  • - Hunting smoked sausages - 250 g;

  • - White onion - 2 tubers;

  • - Tomatoes - 150 g (varieties of cherry);

  • - Onion feathers - 3-5 pieces;

  • - Any oil (vegetable or butter).

Instruction manual

1

Wash white onion tubers, peel, cut into half rings and fry in a pan in vegetable or butter.

2

Sweet pepper, seeds, rinse and cut into straws of medium thickness, send to the onion, throw sausages cut into pieces there (about 3 cm long), turn off the tile.

3

Rub the potatoes finely, add chopped garlic, whole flour, 2 eggs and spices (to taste), mix until a gruel is formed with a uniform texture.

4

Heat a deep frying pan, pour a small amount of oil (or melt the cream). Lay out the basis for pizza - potato gruel, wait until it “grabs” from the bottom, turn it over, try not to break the cake, and reduce the heat, fry for another 3 minutes.

5

While the base is fried - quickly grate the cheese, mix the sour cream with mustard, and cut the tomato in half.

6

Turn the cake again and, while it’s hot, grease with a creamy mustard dressing (take half), lay out the filling and pour out the remaining dressing, distribute it evenly over the entire surface. Put the tomato with the number 8, sprinkle with cheese on top and garnish with chopped onion feathers or any greens. Remove from the stove, cover the pizza with the lid so that the cheese is completely melted.
