  • - 100 ml of milk;

  • - 1 glass of flour;

  • - 2 cups of walnuts;

  • - 5 eggs;

  • - 2 onions;

Rinse the liver, clean it of excess films, place in a blender and beat until smooth. Pour the mass into a bowl, add 2 chicken eggs, milk, pepper and salt, whisk. Sprinkle flour over time. The mass should turn out to be liquid - in consistency it resembles batter for pancakes.

Heat a skillet, pour in oil, and fry about 10 pancakes with a diameter of 18 centimeters from the liver dough.

Brown the walnuts in the oven for 7 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees, cool. Grind to a crumb state. Three hard boiled eggs, peel, chop smaller. Peel the onion, cut into small cubes, fry until light brown.

Combine chopped nuts, chicken eggs, mayonnaise and onions together. Salt and pepper to taste. Put 2 tablespoons of the filling on each liver pancake, cover with another pancake and collect the whole cake. Top the cake with mayonnaise, grabbing the edges of the cake. Allow to soak in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

A nutty liver cake is ready, you can decorate it with fresh herbs and quail eggs - you can rub them on top or cut each boiled egg in half and decorate the top of the cake with halves. Serve chilled.
