  • -4 tbsp cocoa

Rub sugar with butter and vanilla sugar. Add the chicken egg and stir. Add flour with baking powder to the mixture. Divide the dough into two equal parts, and in one of them add the sifted cocoa in advance and mix thoroughly again.

Next, roll out the rectangular shape of the dough, without adding cocoa. Now roll out the dough with cocoa. It should be the same size as the first part of the test. For convenience, you can use cling film or baking paper. Dough rolled out on it can easily be transferred to a light dough. Do not forget to measure the required film sizes so that the light and dark parts are the same.

Remove the film, roll the workpiece into a roll and put it in the freezer. Within 10-15 minutes it will solidify for the convenience of cutting it. Remove the roll and cut into slices about 1 cm.

On a baking sheet covered with baking paper, you need to lay out cookies and bake at a temperature of 180 degrees in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. You can do with simple vegetable oil to lubricate the pan.
