Instruction manual
1
Put the yeast dough. First, make a dough of half warm (not hot!) Milk, sugar and yeast, let stand for 15 minutes in a warm place so that the yeast “bubble up”. Add all other ingredients and knead thoroughly. Leave in a warm place for 1.5 hours (you can in the oven turned on at 40 degrees).
2
On a floured surface, we roll the approached dough into a 5 mm high layer. Lubricate with softened oil. Mix cinnamon with cane sugar and evenly distribute over the dough. Roll into a roll, cut into castors, put on baking paper and put in a warm oven for another 40 minutes. They should increase in size by 1.5 times a minimum.
3
Bake at 190 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, but it all depends on your oven: remove as soon as they turn brown.
4
For glaze, simply mix all the ingredients and cover the warm buns. Let cool and serve! Have a nice tea party!
note
They are especially tasty on the first day. If you want to keep them for 2 to 3 days, then store in an airtight container.
Useful advice
You can completely do without Mascarpone, making liquid glaze that soaks the pastries and makes it even more tender!
