Pastroma is a dish that originally came to us from Jewish cuisine. It is usually prepared from beef, but pork and chicken are often used.

Ingredients:
- chicken breasts - 2 pcs;
- 1 tbsp. water;
- salt;
- vegetable oil;
- honey;
- ½ tbsp l red paprika;
- ½ tsp crushed nutmeg;
- 3 cloves of garlic
Cooking:
- Wash the chicken breasts, clean off bones and skins. Dilute table salt in a glass of hot drinking water.
- Transfer the prepared meat into a small pan and fill it with the prepared salt water. Leave overnight in the refrigerator.
- Remove chicken meat from salt water, dry a little with paper towels. We create a roll of chicken breast by dressing with culinary thread, which will give the shape of the upcoming pastrome.
- In a pre-prepared bowl, mix the vegetable oil, honey, spices and garlic passed through the press.
- Lubricate the chicken breasts with the prepared consistency and leave to marinate for 20-27 minutes. It is advisable to put the meat in a cold place.
- To prepare a baking sheet: cover with foil, anoint with sunflower oil and put chicken in it. It is not necessary to cover the top of the pastrami with foil.
- Bake chicken pastrami in a preheated oven at a temperature of 210 degrees 40-45 minutes.
- After cooking, leave the pastram in the idle oven for another 60 minutes.
- Cool the meat, carefully remove the pastrami from the cooking thread. Cut with a sharp knife into slices. Serving with the table is possible with any side dish. Baked potatoes are great.
