• 300 g. Thin spaghetti;

• 1 ripe tomato;

• 1 chicken breast;

• 150 ml. cream

• 2 cloves of garlic;

• a piece of butter;

• 2 tbsp. l olive oil;

• black pepper and sweet paprika;

• curry and oregano;

• salt.

Cooking

Pour water into a saucepan, add a little salt, place on a stove and bring to a boil. To prevent spaghetti from sticking to water during cooking, you can add a little odorless sunflower oil in advance.

While the water boils, you need to do cooking chicken breast in a creamy sauce. So, wash the chicken breast, gently cut off its skin, remove the bones and discard, and cut the flesh into small cubes.

Pour olive oil into a skillet and heat it. Crush the garlic with something, put in hot oil and fry for 1-2 minutes. After which the roasted garlic is removed and discarded, it should simply give the oil its taste and aroma.

Put the meat cubes in the garlic oil and fry them until white. After the meat has turned white, you need to season it with salt, pepper, paprika, curry and oregano. Stir and simmer until cooked with the lid closed.

Cut the tomato into small cubes and put in a pan to the chicken. Cover again and simmer until tomato cubes are soft.

At the end of cooking, pour the chicken cream, cover again and simmer another 5 minutes.

Put the paste in boiling water and boil until cooked. Then lay in a colander, rinse a little, put in a saucepan, adding a piece of oil, and mix.

Sprinkle the prepared pasta with chicken breast in cream sauce on plates and serve immediately, since it needs to be eaten hot.
