We put vegetables in a saucepan, fill with water and put on a stove on a big fire. As soon as the water begins to boil, reduce the fire and remove the foam that may appear. After boiling add butter to the pan, salt and spices as necessary. As soon as the vegetables are ready, we send boiled rice to the pan and cook everything together for about 5-7 minutes.

Then whisk our soup with a blender, gradually adding cream to thicken. Serve cream soup, after decorating it with sprigs of greens.

To prepare the soup, meat broth is also suitable, in which you can boil vegetables, then the soup will be more saturated and high-calorie. Beef or chicken broths are best.
