Omelet is a popular and familiar dish for many families. When cooking it, tomatoes, bacon, mushrooms, chicken are often added, but the omelet can be sweet. Apple omelette will be an unusual, but very tasty dessert.

  • - 90 g of powdered sugar;

  • - 200 ml of milk;

  • - 80 g of wheat flour;

  • - 10 g margarine;

  • - 10 g butter;

  • - 300 g of apples;

  • - 50 g of almonds;

  • - 50 g of raisins.

Stir in milk, salt, egg yolks, 30 g of icing sugar. Stir the mixture constantly and add sifted wheat flour.

Beat the cooled egg whites until a thick foam and gently mix them with milk, yolks, flour and icing sugar. Pour the resulting mass into a preheated pan and fry on both sides. Omelet can be fried in a small frying pan in several passes, or you can fry one sheet and cut it into three identical parts.

Remove the apple core and peel. Put apples in a deep saucepan, add a little water and cook until a thick mass is obtained. In the cooled apple mass, add washed raisins, crushed almonds and 50 g of powdered sugar.

Smear the baking dish with margarine and sprinkle with flour. Lay out a sheet of omelet, grease it with apple mass. Then put another sheet of omelet, smeared with apple filling. Grease the last sheet of omelet with butter.

Bake an apple omelet in the oven for about 15 minutes. Serve the dish warm, sprinkling with a little sugar.

Beat the whites at the lowest mixer speed. As you whisk, gradually increase the speed.
