We wash the chicken fillet, cut into pieces, slightly beat off with a meat hammer. We put it in a spacious bowl, salt, add mustard, pepper mixture and put in a cool place for 1 hour so that the meat is well marinated.

We heat the pan, pour the vegetable oil. Fry the pickled meat on both sides over high heat. One side should be fried for 3-4 minutes. Fried chicken put in a baking dish, evenly distributed along the bottom. Lubricate with a thin layer of sour cream or mayonnaise.

Dice the onion, sprinkle the chicken evenly on it. You can pre-sprinkle it with lemon juice or vinegar. A little pepper. Top with tomato slices. Lightly pepper and coat with a thin layer of sour cream or mayonnaise. Paprika chopped into cubes or julienne, pour on top, evenly distributing.

We grate hard cheese on a fine grater, mix 2/3 of the cheese with the remaining sour cream, add a pinch of salt. We spread this mixture in a container for baking, spread evenly with a spoon over the surface. Pour the rest of the grated cheese evenly on top.

We put the chicken in a preheated oven to 200 degrees and leave it for 20 minutes. A golden crust should form on top. Salad ready. Cut it into portions. From above, you can decorate each serving with a slice of cucumber or fresh herbs. The salad goes well with rice, potatoes, and green salad.
