You will need

  • 200gr. flour;

  • 1 egg

  • 50 ml milk;

  • 20g cold butter

  • A little salt, thyme leaves;

  • 20 gr. Parmesan Cheese.

  • Soda ½ tsp, slaked with vinegar.

  • Rolling pin, cookie cutters

Instruction manual

1

Mix flour with salt, grated parmesan and thyme.

Add the diced butter and grind the dough with your hands until you get crumbs.

Then gradually introduce milk and an egg.

Knead the dough thoroughly. After the mass has become homogeneous, collect the dough in a bowl, put in a plastic bag and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

2

We begin to roll out the dough. No need to make the layers too thin. The optimum thickness is 1.5 cm.

Cut the figures with cookie cutters. If there are no molds, it does not matter - you can use a glass. We turn the glass over and squeeze the circles with the edges.

3

Preheat the oven to 200g.

We spread the cut out cookies on a sheet and put in the oven for 15 minutes. Do not forget to grease the sheet with oil or lay parchment on it.

4

The cooled slopes are cut lengthwise and put the filling in them. Top cover with the second half.

The filling can be any paste, fine-grained caviar, you can rub one half with garlic and put small sprats on it. Or we make the filling ourselves: we grate the cream cheese, mix it with garlic, add a little lemon juice and herbs.
