To prepare the dish you will need:

- sea language (fillet) - 400 g;

- chicken egg - 2 pcs.;

- flour - 100 g;

- water - 100 ml;

- salt - to taste;

- spices for fish - optional;

- vegetable oil - for baking.

Take a deep bowl and break the chicken eggs into it, then beat them with a whisk, mixer or fork until a homogeneous mass is added to which water is added. Now mix the contents of the bowl well, add the wheat flour and mix again until smooth. Salt the batter, then mix again. Batter for the sea language is ready.

Thaw the fish at room temperature. At a time when the sea language is thawing, heat the pan with vegetable oil on a stove (you can use either olive or sunflower oil).

Cut the fillet part of the sea language into pieces having a length of 4-5 centimeters, then dip each piece into the finished egg batter. Spread the marine language in the pan. Fish must be fried on both sides until cooked. The fact that your dish is ready will tell you that the fish will turn a golden color.
