Wash and peel the potatoes. Next, grate on a coarse grater, salt and leave to stand for 2-3 minutes. During this time, juice will stand out, drain it. Finely chop the garlic, mix with the potato mass, pepper if desired.

Heat a frying pan with oil on a fire, slightly above average. Spread a serving of potato mass with a tablespoon. Align the edges and flatten the workpiece. Fry the cakes on both sides, then spread them on a baking sheet.

On top of each semi-finished product lay out a ring of tomato or brush with ketchup. Next, put a piece of sausage, a small layer of mayonnaise, cover everything with plastic cheese. Bake at 180 degrees for 7-8 minutes. Offer ready-made mini-pizzas on potatoes to guests.
