Ingredients:
- 900 g of minced meat;
- 100 g of pure water;
- 1 medium onion;
- 2 full cups of wheat flour;
- 1 chicken egg;
- 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil (preferably odorless);
- salt and black pepper;
- spices and herbs.
Cooking:
- The first thing you need to do is prepare the dough. For this, it is necessary to sift the flour directly onto the table surface with a slide. Next, a small depression is made in it, into which a chicken egg, sunflower oil is poured, and the right amount of salt is poured. Gently knead the dough, not forgetting to add a little water in the process. As a result, the dough should turn out to be quite tight, but at the same time it must be elastic.
- Pour well washed and finely chopped greens into the prepared minced meat. It is also necessary to add salt and black ground pepper, as well as other favorite spices (optional).
- Then remove the husk from the onion, wash it thoroughly and chop it with a sharp knife. The cubes should be very small. Next, chopped onion should be poured into minced meat and mix well.
- After that, you can proceed to the formation of lazy manti. To do this, you need to carefully roll the dough into a rather thin cake. At the same time, note that it should not be damaged.
- Then, with a spoon, put the minced meat in a uniform layer on the cake. Note that the edges of the tortillas should remain free. After that, very carefully make a tight roll, carefully blinding the edges so that there are no holes.
- In a slow cooker, pour exactly 1 liter of clean water. Next, a mold is designed for steaming. The bottom of this form should be carefully coated with a small amount of vegetable oil. Then the prepared roll is carefully laid out in it.
- On the slow cooker, set the mode to "Steam cooking". The dish will be ready in about 40 minutes. It is recommended to eat it hot.
