Cooking:

  1. In softened or grated butter, gradually add the sifted flour, how much oil will take, until an oily crumb is formed. Knead the dough with your hands until the mixture turns into crumbs.

  2. Curd should be put in a deep bowl and knead it with a fork. Then break the chicken into mashed cottage cheese, add quicklime soda to the tip of the knife and pour one and a half glasses of sugar. Sugar can be added if desired more or vice versa less, depending on tastes and preferences.

  3. Also for variations, you can add to the curd mixture previously washed and steamed raisins, berries of currant, cranberries or cherries, chopped walnut kernels or other nuts.

  4. Beat the mixture well with a mixer or whisk until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

  5. On a baking sheet with sufficiently high sides, put half of the finished dough - crumbs. Put the curd mass on top and cover with the remaining half of the oil crumbs. In the oven, preheated to 180 grams, put the cake on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes until it is browned.

  6. Garnish the cake with icing sugar and fresh berries or fruit slices.

Serve such a pie with jam, berry jam or sour cream.
