You will need:

  • celery - 2 stalks;
  • grapefruit - 2 pcs.;
  • apple - 1 pc.;
  • tomato - 1 pc.;
  • ham - 200 grams;
  • cream - 3 tbsp;
  • parsley - 2 branches;
  • mayonnaise - 1 tbsp;
  • honey - 1 tsp
  • pine nuts - 1 tablespoon;
  • rye or wheat bread slices for toast - 3 pcs.

Cooking

Wash the green stalks of celery, remove the hard veins from above and cut into thin circles. Rinse the grapefruit thoroughly in cold water. Then rinse with boiling water. Cut each grapefruit into 2 pieces. Carefully remove the pulp, free it from the scabs and seeds. Cut the flesh of the grapefruit into small pieces.

Peel the apple from seeds, cut into thin small slices. Mix with celery and grapefruit. Finely chop the ham into cubes. Wash, dry and cut the tomato into small pieces. Add the ham and tomato to the celery.

Mix mayonnaise with heavy cream and honey. Throw parsley in cold water and dry slightly. Fry the bread in a toaster or dry in the oven.

Put the salad in halves of grapefruit. Pour sauce, sprinkle with pine nuts. Garnish with greens and serve with warm toasts.

You will need:

  • grapes - 10 berries;
  • yogurt - 200 g;
  • walnuts - 0.5 tbsp.;
  • green salad leaves - 3-4 pcs.;
  • Kiwi - 1 pc.;
  • red bell pepper - 1 pc.;
  • apple - 1 pc.
  • cheese - 50 g;
  • pieces of canned pineapple - 3 tablespoons

Cooking

Wash the green apple, cut and core. Grate the apple on a coarse grater. Peel and cut the kiwi into thin slices. Cut each grape berry into halves. Cut the cheese into thin strips. Grind walnuts with a knife or a blender.

Rinse the green lettuce in cold water and dry on a towel for 10 minutes. Then, with your hands, chop the salad in large pieces.

Sweet bell pepper cut into thin strips. Mix cheese, nuts, fruits and vegetables. Add lettuce leaves. Season with creamy yogurt. Lay out the salad and decorate with greens.
