Chicken in coconut milk is very tasty. The meat becomes juicy and tender. This dish is perfect for a family dinner.

You will need
- - chicken fillet 400 g;
- - vermicelli long 250 g;
- - onion 1 pc.;
- - carrots 2 pcs.;
- - olive oil 3 tbsp. spoons;
- - chopped greens 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- For refueling:
- - water 100 ml;
- - coconut milk 200 ml;
- - mushroom broth 200 ml;
- - Oriental spices 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - salt.

Wash the chicken fillet, pat dry with a paper towel, cut into thin strips. Peel onions and carrots, wash. Cut the onion into thin slices, carrots into slices.

Combine water, coconut milk and mushroom broth. Add oriental spices and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of salt. Mix well.

Heat olive oil in a pan. Fry the chicken on it until golden brown. Transfer the meat to a separate plate. In the same oil, fry the onions and carrots for 5-6 minutes over low heat.

Put the fried pieces of meat in a pan. Add the vermicelli on top. Pour in prepared sauce. Bring to a boil. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Then cover, leave on the stove turned off for 15-20 minutes. Serve the chicken with vermicelli, garnishing with sprigs of greenery.

Instead of coconut milk, you can use heavy cream. Then add a little more oriental spices.

Serve pickled cucumbers or sauerkraut with chicken.
