Tortilla Chicken Soup - A Great Mexican Style Dish!

You will need
- - 1 liter of chicken stock
- - 2 chicken breast fillets
- - 3 lime juice
- FOR FILLING:
- - 4 tortillas
- - 1 tbsp. l olive oil
- - 1 finely chopped green chili pepper
- - 1/2 red onion (cut into rings, and then each ring into 4 parts)
- - 2 finely chopped large tomatoes (peel and remove seeds)
- - a bunch of cilantro (finely chopped)

Pour the broth into the pan, put the chicken in it and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes until chicken is cooked. Put the chicken on a plate. Add 150 ml of water to the broth, cover and keep on low heat.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Lubricate the tortilla with butter on both sides, cut into strips and put on a baking sheet in one layer. Bake for about 10 minutes before crunching.

Finely chop the chicken and place on the plates. Top with tortilla, chili, onion, sliced tomato and cilantro. Add lime juice to the broth and pour into plates. Serve.
